Since I have all these pkgs am I able to start downloading (backing up) games now? Or do I still have to wait for one or more pkgs/files to be able to download (back up), install and play these games?
Please instruct me on what to do step by step and what other pkgs/files I have to wait for/install. Also after I am ready to start processing games so I can play them without discs, please instruct me how to go about it. I've read its quite complicated now since the 3.55 firmware and Geohots Jailbreak. What files do I need, where do they go, folders to create, etc.

Yo Bro, all the files you downloaded are itself an emulator/app. All those packages are independent and are not used for the backup of games(although its a step to make a backuploader). The Snes9x is a super nintendo emulator and so forth. Simply put, if you want to run backup's, you either got to: Wait for dev to create a CFW for 3.55 to run backup games, or Downgrade(possible but tedious) to 3.41 to run Multiman.
